‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all thro’ the house,
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there;
The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
When all of sudden I heard a dreadful sound
Could it be? No, of course not it was way to loud!
I ran to the window and what did I see, my chimney
flying thru the air..
I ran outside to look above oh no, Santa had just crash
landed on my roof his sleigh sliding sideways crashing
into my chimney knocking it off it’s perch and to the ground.
I yelled to Old St Nick hey are you Ok?
He replied HoHoho I hope your home insurance will pay.
Then I replied why, don’t you have insurance on that old Sleigh?
I could only imagine what people would say when I tell them it
Was Old St Nick and his sleigh, instead of HoHoHo they would laugh HaHaHa.
I called my independent insurance agent to report this claim
And he said not to worry that this would be one for the
Record books and remember that review? He said yes I would be covered.
So I say to all be sure to have that home insurance review with
none other than your independent insurance agent.
Merry Christmas to all!
